By using Retainio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Retainio is an AI-powered retention copilot for e-commerce. It analyzes customer data from connected third-party services (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Recharge) to generate retention insights, opportunities, and campaign recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
When you connect third-party services, you authorize Retainio to access your data on those platforms within the scopes you approve. You are responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms of service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to access other users' data, (c) reverse-engineer the Service, (d) send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.
The Service uses AI to generate insights, email content, and recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Retainio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
